Estimated Delivery Time

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Knitedge is not liable for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a shipment is returned due to delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that an order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide order details and supporting evidence (photos, tracking information)
