1. Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan). As soon as your package ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with your tracking details. Should any unexpected delay arise, our team will notify you right away.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times begin from the dispatch date, not when the order is placed.
Worldwide Shipping: We offer standard worldwide shipping for a flat rate of $25.00, with an estimated delivery time of 20–25 working days from the date of dispatch.
Note: Delivery timelines are subject to slight delays during peak seasons, public holidays, or during customs clearance.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s site.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
The amount paid at checkout includes:
We ship internationally from Pakistan. Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes when it arrives in your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
5. Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Glams Wear is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at inquery.knitedge@gmail.com. Changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.
Undeliverable Packages: If a shipment is returned to us due to an invalid address, refused delivery, or uncollected package, we will reach out to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to re-send your order.
