All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

If a shipment is returned due to delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
In the rare event that an order is lost or arrives damaged:
