At Knitedge, customer satisfaction remains a key operational priority. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests initiated after this period will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

In original condition
Returned with original packaging and tags intact
Products that do not meet these criteria may not be approved for return.

Any item damaged due to misuse or improper handling
All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Returns without verification documentation will not be processed.

Products not returned in original condition
Items with missing components not caused by Knitedge
Returns initiated after the 30-day policy window
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
The refund will be processed to the original payment method
