Overview

At Knitedge, customer satisfaction remains a key operational priority. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests initiated after this period will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and tags intact

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be approved for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are excluded from returns to ensure hygiene, safety, and operational compliance. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items

  • Any item damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Proof of Purchase

All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Returns without verification documentation will not be processed.

Please note: Do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In specific cases, partial refunds may be issued, including:

  • Items showing clear signs of use

  • Products not returned in original condition

  • Items with missing components not caused by Knitedge

  • Returns initiated after the 30-day policy window

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been reflected:
